Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Corporate Compliance (S&L):

  • Provide advisory support on Krungsri policies and related laws such as Market Conduct, Responsible Lending, and Customer Protection Act.
  • Act as a focal point for regulatory complaints and BOT debt relief measures handle cases, draft responses, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Prepare non-compliance reports, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Manage and facilitate compliance-related committees prepare agenda, materials, and minutes.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitoring, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate BOT reporting (e.g., MC Data Disclosure, Products & Fees reports).
  • Promote awareness and review policies under The Spirit & The Letter including Gift & Entertainment, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Whistleblowing, CAC, Conflict of Interest, etc.

Compliance Planning:

  • Contribute to compliance strategy and annual plan.
  • Perform compliance risk assessments and monitor progress of compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with BAY and group companies on compliance framework enhancement.
  • Review and support RCSA and KRI processes related to compliance.
  • Communicate and coordinate among compliance teams across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking, non-bank, or financial services (credit card, personal loan, e-payment, or insurance).
  • Strong understanding of The Spirit & The Letter (S&L), Market Conduct, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BOT, AML/CFT ,and etc.).
  • Ability to manage regulatory reporting, compliance testing, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Work Location: KSPO Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
