We are looking for an experienced Corporate Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen compliance practices across the organization. This role is responsible for monitoring relevant laws and regulations, providing compliance guidance to management and business functions, reviewing corporate policies and governance-related documents, and promoting compliance awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and monitor relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements affecting the company's business operations, and communicate key updates to management and relevant employees.
- Provide compliance guidance and advice to directors, executives, and business functions to ensure operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements.
- Prepare and review committee authorities, policies, measures, and internal regulations to ensure they remain up to date and aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop compliance training and communication materials covering Corporate Governance, relevant policies, and legal requirements to strengthen compliance awareness among management and employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance or a related area.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of laws and regulatory requirements relevant to business operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex compliance matters effectively.
- Ability to provide professional guidance and coordinate effectively with management, internal stakeholders, and external regulatory authorities.
