Lead and drive CSR programs and staff engagement initiatives, while supporting ESG activities, campaigns and reporting. This role is primarily focused on CSR delivery and employee engagement, with ESG as a supporting dimension.

Roles and responsibilities
Lead CSR/ESG initiatives and employee engagement activities across the Firm
Design and deliver creative, high-impact CSR/ESG campaigns that drive strong staff participation
Lead end-to-end program delivery—from ideation and planning , staff engagement, to impact evaluation
Lead and facilitate engagement in CSR/ESG events, campaigns, and activities across the Firm
Support innovative communications on CSR/ ESG campaign and awareness initiatives across channels (internal, campaigns, external updates)
Coordinate data and prepare updates for ESG Committee and leadership
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in any field; diversity in academic background and experience is valued
5–8 years working experience, preferably in roles involving program/project delivery, activities, or stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences including early-career employees, through activities, campaigns, or initiatives
Innovative, proactive, and energetic with a hands-on approach
Passion for social impact and community engagement
