Key Responsibilities:
1. Group Event Strategy & Governance
- Define Group-level event strategy, standards, and priorities.
- Govern event quality, messaging, and experience across all major platforms.

- Consistent, premium event experience across the Group.
- Strong alignment between events and corporate objectives.
2. Flagship Corporate & Multi-Brand Events
- Lead AGM, Founders Day, strategy meetings, and partner summits.
- Design unified Group presence at Motor Show, BIG, and Motor Expo.
- Resolve cross-brand space, budget, and branding conflicts.

- Strong Group visibility and synergy at major events.
- Improved cross-brand engagement and efficiency.
3. Experiential Marketing & On-Ground Activation
- Oversee experiential marketing to drive lower-funnel conversion.
- Govern booth concepts, experience design, and O2O integration.

- Increased booth traffic, lead capture, and purchase confidence.
- Measurable event ROI.
4. Stakeholder, VIP & Protocol Coordination (Event Context)
- Coordinate closely with Corporate PR on executive and VIP participation.
- Support protocol execution for high-level stakeholders.

5. Interim Leadership (New Business Setup)
- Act as interim event lead for new ventures.
- Establish launch event frameworks and agency setup.

6. Budget, Vendor & Agency Management
- Implement cost-sharing models across BUs.
- Manage centralized vendor and agency ecosystem.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline, postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or large-scale brand activations, including leadership responsibility for complex, high-profile initiatives, candidates with agency experience are encouraged to apply.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function role, managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing flagship corporate events, multi-brand exhibitions, executive forums, and VIP-level engagements.
- Strong vendor and partnership network, including event agencies, production houses, venue operators, and technology partners.
- Proven capability in budget management, cost optimization, and ROI measurement for large-scale event programs.
- Solid experience working within automotive, mobility, luxury, or multinational organizations; exposure to global brand standards and principal guidelines is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and risk management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight timelines and high visibility.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
