Role Description The Corporate Events Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving corporate and private event revenue for LIVXS. This role involves identifying and nurturing prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure. The Corporate Events Sales Manager will collaborate with the event planning and management teams to develop tailored proposals, ensure accurate scoping of event requirements, and maintain clear communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong pipeline, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and meeting sales targets while upholding LIVXS's standards of service and creativity. The role also requires ongoing market research, participation in industry networking activities, and contribution to strategies that enhance the company's corporate events portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to oversee complex corporate and private events.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales and Private Events experience to generate business and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client-facing capabilities.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in corporate events, hospitality, or experiential marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with flexibility for extended hours and event-day schedules as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
