Corporate FP&A at Seagate is responsible for global financial statement planning and forecasting. The team interacts with all areas of the Finance Department in addition to Sales, Operations, Product Life Cycle Management, R&D, and various General Administrative Functions.
. Support strategic FP&A initiatives by conducting analytical deep dives, creating structured insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making. . Assist in developing scalable financial models, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations for Corporate FP&A leadership. . Explore opportunities to apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance forecasting, identify patterns, and automate repeatable FP&A workflows. . Create automated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations to improve transparency and efficiency across planning processes. What You Will Gain . . Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint . Ability to structure analyses and communicate findings Preferred Qualifications . Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools . Familiarity with forecasting concepts, regression, and basic statistical methods . Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a quantitative or business-related field and enrolled in Fall 2026 classes. . Interest in applying AI methods to business and finance workflows

The estimated base wage range for this position is $20 - $29.50/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible Interns, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan. Seagate also offers Interns 12 paid holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave.
The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
