Corporate Finance Manager (Project Finance & Financial Modelling)
Our client is a diversified group with a growing portfolio of large-scale projects across the region. They are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to play a key role in project financing, investment evaluation and strategic transactions. Prior experience within the infrastructure sector will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support debt and equity financing transactions, working closely with banks, investors and external advisers.
- Develop financial models, valuations and investment analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, partnerships and corporate transactions.
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, investment committees and financing partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess commercial opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and financing options to optimise capital structure and funding strategies.
Key Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Development or a related field.
- Experience within capital-intensive industries such as energy, oil & gas, chemicals, utilities or industrials.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Track record of supporting or executing financing, M&A or investment transactions.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, lenders and advisers.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. CPA, CA or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
