CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Finance, Manager to oversee all financial operations of the company and lead preparation for the company's IPO. This senior role is responsible for strategic financial planning, management of day-to-day finance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to support growth and a successful IPO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

.IPO Preparation: Lead all finance-related aspects of the IPO process, including financial reporting, due diligence, and coordination with auditors, legal counsel, and investment banks.

.Financial Management: Oversee all finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting.

.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives.

.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and relevant laws and regulations.

.Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.

.Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

.Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/CFA preferred).

.Extensive senior finance experience, ideally with IPO or capital markets exposure.

.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate governance.

.Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, reporting, and treasury management.

.Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.

.Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

.Excellent communication and collaboration with management, regulators, and advisors.

.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
