Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Support fundraising activities, including debenture issuances and Bills of Exchange (BE), by preparing filing documents, coordinating with financial advisors, regulators, and relevant parties, and monitoring the overall issuance process.

- Prepare financial information and supporting documents for loan applications, project financing, and other funding facilities with financial institutions.

- Analyze and prepare management reports, including Presale, Transfer, Project Status, Use of Proceeds, Financial Ratios, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Risk Report, TRIS Rating Review, and Performance Presentations.

- Assist in preparing financial models, project budgets, cash flow projections, and feasibility analyses for new and existing projects.

- Coordinate with banks, rating agencies, auditors, financial advisors, and internal departments on funding, capital market, and financial reporting matters.

- Support investor relations, credit rating processes, and capital market activities by preparing financial information and presentation materials.

- Participate in relationship-building activities with financial institutions and investors, including Debenture Club, bank activities, and other corporate events.

- Maintain and process financial and operational transactions in SAP, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of supporting documentation and approvals.

- Support process improvement initiatives by developing dashboards, enhancing reporting efficiency, and leveraging digital tools and AI to improve financial analysis and reporting.

- Perform other assignments as delegated by the Corporate Finance Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Banking, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Financial Analysis.

- Experience in fundraising, debt capital markets, project financing, or financial institutions will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

- Experience in the real estate industry or a listed company will be an advantage.

- Good command of English.
