Role Description

The Corporate M&A Lawyer will support a wide range of transactions including M&A, investment, and real estate projects. The role involves legal due diligence, contract drafting, regulatory advisory, and client support. Ideal for a detail-oriented, business-minded legal professional with strong communication and transactional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on corporate and M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on business structuring, asset transactions, and land/property-related matters.
• Draft and review various commercial agreements, including those related to project development and investment.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions for both local and international clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support project execution and client needs.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
• Lawyer license is preferred.
• 57 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, real estate, or commercial transactions.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for on-site due diligence and fieldwork when required.
