About the Company

The client is a US based, venture-backed AI infrastructure company and NVIDIA Cloud Partner building the compute backbone for the AI economy. They provide distributed GPU cloud and bare-metal infrastructure for AI training, inference, and HPC workloads.

Requirements

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and commercial arrangements.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while supporting a rapidly scaling, venture-backed business.
• Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
• Approximately 5–10 years of PQE, ideally gained in leading international law firms and/or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong transactional legal experience, with exposure to M&A, fundraising, capital markets, corporate finance, and other strategic transactions.
• Solid understanding of the Singapore legal and regulatory landscape, with experience advising on cross-border matters across Asia, viewed favourably.
