Job Description

Job Scope:Drive the development and execution of corporate marketing strategies that strengthen the BBGs brand positioning, support business growth, and ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives. The role focuses on analysing market insights, identifying growth opportunities, shaping brand direction, and orchestrating integrated marketing plans that enhance visibility, differentiation, and stakeholder engagement.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Corporate Marketing Strategy

Formulate short- and long-term corporate marketing strategies aligned with group business objectives.

Translate strategy into annual/quarterly marketing plans with clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs.

Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment and integration across campaigns.

Develop cross-channel communication strategies (digital, PR, offline) to maximize impact.

Brand & Corporate Communications

Be accountable for developing and managing BBG corporate branding and governance.

Govern and align the Business Unit branding with group branding for ensuring a seamless customer experience among BBG brands and labels.

Develop, manage, and govern a Brand & Corporate Communication guideline/policy to ensure alignment across the group.

Develop a strategy and manage corporate communication both internally and externally.

Lead & Governance of Marketing

Work with BUs to develop marketing strategy and execution plan (brand strategy, communication, PR).

Represent BBG to collaborate with external parties to manage online marketing and communication platforms.

Collect and provide in-depth information such as sentiment, feedback, needs, demographics, psychographics, behaviours to the team and supporting products & services.

Develop a group marketing policy and process to ensure standardization of marketing activity across the group.

Manage Partnership with BBG & BITEC BURI

In-depth understand the BITEC BURI customer journey and develop marketing strategy to enhance visibility, brand reputation, and programs/campaigns.

Plan and execute events/activities in order to create/enhance vitality of the venue, while maximizing customer value, retention, and satisfaction.

Collaborate with partnerships to activate activities in order to build a pulse of the space and engage target customers.

Build and program manage cross-Corporate Marketing (creative, video, web, social media) plans for key activities/programming launch as a group level.

Develop effective offline and online marketing strategies to enhance the digital experience while adhering to the overall vision and execution plans that result in measurable outcomes.

Trend Setter & Market Analysis

Consolidate and manage customer/marketing information across the group and provide consultation to the BUs marketing team for opportunities/areas of improvement.

Develop a marketing framework in order to utilize and share information across the group.

Conduct marketing research to increase the understanding of the market/industry.

Monitor sales performance, anticipating causes affecting performance, and indicate the magnitude of impact on sales.

Responsible for pre & post analysis of all marketing activities and report to the team.

Job Qualification

Direct experience on customer experience, customer services, marketing or related field.

Experienced from retail, hospitality, e-commerce is preferable

Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
