Corporate Relationship Manager

The Corporate Relationship Manager role offers the opportunity to build and grow a strong portfolio of corporate clients within the banking industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong credit analysis, business development, and client relationship management experience who can deliver tailored financial solutions and support cross-border business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, driving business development, relationship growth, and revenue expansion

• Identify client needs and deliver integrated banking solutions, including loans, trade finance, cash management, FX, and hedging products

• Originate and structure credit facilities, prepare credit proposals, and manage the approval and documentation process

• Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments while monitoring client exposures and identifying potential risks

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC onboarding, AML/CFT standards, and transaction monitoring

• Collaborate closely with Risk and Compliance teams on regulatory matters and support cross-border initiatives where applicable

• Achieve assigned targets across loans, deposits, fee income, and overall profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking

• Strong credit analysis skills, with the ability to assess financial statements and structure lending solutions

• Experience in corporate lending, trade finance, and treasury-related products is preferred

• Proven business development and client relationship management capabilities

• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk governance frameworks

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support Chinese corporate clients and cross-border business
