About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth in the commercial real estate sector. The role involves acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships with corporates, investors, developers, and landlords, and generating revenue through office leasing, investment advisory, and commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for office leasing, commercial property acquisition, and investment opportunities.
- Generate business through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, MNCs, startups, landlords, developers, and investors.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Expand the company's client portfolio through strategic partnerships and networking.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial real estate solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, property pitches, and business meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong client engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Transaction Support
- Coordinate with Transaction Managers to ensure smooth execution of leasing and sales transactions.
- Assist clients throughout the transaction process, from requirement gathering to deal closure.
- Support commercial negotiations between clients and property owners.
Market Research
- Monitor market trends, rental movements, vacancy levels, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities across commercial office spaces, retail, industrial, and warehousing segments.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, developers, and available properties.
Reporting & CRM
- Update CRM with client interactions, opportunities, and transaction progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or commercial real estate.
- Experience in office leasing, occupier services, or real estate consulting will be an added advantage.
