UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Bulk Purchase Support / Corporate Sales Support. This position will handles customer communications, receives and processes orders, and serves as a professional frontfacing representative of the company. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales profit and customer satisfaction.
- Drive new customer acquisition and business opportunities through customer visits and collaboration with related departments.
- Receive and handle inbound customer calls and inquiries about bulk purchase purposes or corporate purchases.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with internal teams (E-commerce, product, customer service) to deliver projects on time.
- Process and manage orders through internal systems accurately include preparing inventory and documents.
- Follow up on customer inquiries received via online inquiry forms and contact customers to proactively identify detailed needs and then purpose items that are suitable.
- Communicate with Global team Japan team) to confirm information and global guideline
- Support of any assignment required by a supervisor
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field
- Good command both of English and Thai
- Proven minimum 2 years working direct experience in Business-to-Business (B2B).
- Having experience of e-commerce business and customer center in retail business would be a plus
- Customer-oriented and hospitality-oriented, able to act from the customer's perspective
- Having leadership to collaborate and promote the creation of new UNIQLO services within a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Having commitment to identifying areas for improvement and making changes for the better
- Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency, flexibility and proactive take on new challenges without being constrained by existing ways of thinking
- Having a strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Demonstrates effective time management, task prioritization, and problemsolving skills, supported by clear communication, resilience, and a positive mindset.
- Open-minded, adapting to change and flexible to accept company culture
- Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
- High level of experience and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00 (Able to work overtime or in holiday due to business need)
