JOB SUMMARY
The Strategic Implementation Officer is responsible for translating corporate strategic direction into executable business and work plans, driving implementation, coordinating cross-functional efforts, monitoring business unit performance to ensure effective delivery in line with ARV's strategic priorities. The role serves as a key interface between Business Units and executive management, supporting planning, reporting, and governance processes while providing timely and actionable business insights for decision-making.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Business Units (BUs) in developing BU strategic direction, work programs and budgets, ensuring alignment with ARV's strategic priorities
- Partner with BUs and relevant functions to translate strategy into executable plans, drive alignment among stakeholders, and facilitate timely follow-up and decision-making to support implementation
- Consolidate and monitor BU performance across key dimensions, including financial results, commercial progress, technology development and OKRs, and provide regular executive-level update to management
- Monitor progress against BU targets (OKRs), identify potential risks or obstacle, and coordinate with relevant teams to develop mitigation actions
- Develop strong understanding of BU business, strategic direction, and growth plans, and support preparation of presentations and strategic materials for board and executive management as required
- Prepare and submit business reports, including MD&A, 56-1 report, monthly business updates, and other required reports for the ARV and PTTEP Management team
- Coordinate with internal teams and other relevant stakeholders to deliver outcomes on any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SSHE policy, environment regulations as well as labor law.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Management , Business Administration or related field
- 58 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Management Consulting, or Strategic PMO (Project Management Office).
- Prior experience in Deep Tech, Robotics, Energy (Oil & Gas), or a high-growth Technology startup is highly preferred
- Proven track record of translating 3-5 year strategic roadmaps into yearly/quarterly execution plans (Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Work Programs).
- Hands-on experience managing and auditing OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) or KPI frameworks for multiple business units simultaneously.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A solid understanding of the Robotics, AI, and Energy sectors (ARV's core business) to provide meaningful context when supporting BU growth plans.
- Ability to decompose high-level corporate strategies into actionable business plans and departmental budgets that teams can execute immediately.
- Expertise in defining, tracking, and auditing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure business units stay aligned with strategic priorities.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial statements (Revenue, Burn Rate, Profitability) and commercial data to evaluate business unit performance against targets.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills to act as a bridge between technical Business Units and Executive Management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Capability to transform raw business insights into compelling visual presentations for Board and Executive-level meetings using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into concise and statutory reports that drive executive decision-making.
- Skill in identifying potential operational or financial bottlenecks early and coordinating with relevant teams to develop concrete mitigation actions.
- A disciplined approach to tracking project milestones and SLAs, ensuring all ad-hoc and planned tasks are delivered on time without losing sight of the big picture.
