Job Description

Costing 70%,CAPEX Fixed Asset 30%

Fixed assets capitalization, depreciation and write-off, etc.

Provide related monthly Financial Report

Lead fixed assets tagging for all new items and update fixed assets accordingly

Coordinate with other departments to perform capitalization of fixed assets on monthly basis

Ensure CAPEX reporting accuracy, monitor and track annual CAPEX spending against the approved Budget and analyze variances to support management decision

Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual CAPEX budget by collaborating with related departments

Support ad-hoc cost analysis and investment -related initiative analysis

Any other as assigned by superior

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
2. 5- 7 years of experience in Fixed Assets and CAPEX Control
3. Advanced in analytical skills and in Microsoft office, Power BI, Power Query
4. Well versed or knowledge in SAP or ERP
5. Proficiency English language communication
