Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control, and analyze CAPEX and OPEX expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and financial policies.
- Develop and maintain cost-tracking mechanisms, cost reports, and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
- Review project proposals, budgets, and financial assumptions to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency, and proper cost allocation.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to validate costs and forecast future spending.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, budget vs. actual comparisons, and financial summaries for management reviews.
- Support annual budget planning and rolling forecasts, including cost models and financial risk assessments.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and efficiency gains across projects and operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and financial audit requirements related to project costing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control, project finance, FP&A, or costing—preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX accounting, cost allocation principles, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems with strong data interpretation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost structures.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills, especially with operations and project teams.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English Proficiency.
