Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our hotel team. The role is responsible for monitoring food, beverage, and operational costs while also managing store inventory to ensure accurate stock control and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor daily food, beverage, and operational costs
- Manage and supervise store inventory, stock movement, and storage practices
- Verify purchases, receiving, and issuing of goods
- Prepare cost and inventory reports
- Identify wastage and recommend cost-saving improvements
- Work closely with kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams
Requirements:
- Experience in cost control, storekeeping, or finance in a hotel/F&B environment
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Honest, organized, and able to work independently
