Cost Controller (Assistant Manager level)

The Cost Controller plays a vital role in safeguarding profitability by monitoring food, beverage, and operational expenses while ensuring strict compliance with financial policies. This position oversees cost monitoring, inventory control, and financial reporting, working closely with the purchasing, culinary, and F&B teams to minimize wastage, verify deliveries, and reconcile stock levels. The role also involves auditing point-of-sale transactions, investigating discrepancies, and preparing detailed reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in finance or cost control, ideally within luxury hotels
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at advanced level).
• Attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Effective communication, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
