Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review supporting schedules for inventory-related financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of product costs and related accounting data in the system
  • Conduct inventory checks and reconcile stock balances (finished goods, raw materials, spare parts) with accounting records
  • Analyze and resolve variances between Actual Cost and Standard Cost
  • Prepare monthly production cost reports
  • Develop financial and cost analysis reports to support management decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
  • Support continuous improvement of cost and inventory systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Cost Accounting
  • Audit experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting systems
  • Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
