Manage all transactions related to costing and inventory. Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing and support audit processes.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operations.
Lead the preparation and review of standard product costs. Analyze cost structures, BOMs, and variances. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, stock monitoring, and write-offs.
Analyze cost variances and drivers, provide insights to reduce costs, and deliver actionable reports to support business decisions.
Assist Finance Director, Controller, and Accounting Manager with special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in Cost Accounting or relevant experience, at least 3 years in a managerial role
Must have prior experience working with manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG, Beer or Beverage industries is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and standards, Month-End closing
Understanding of manufacturing cost flow and internal controls
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High integrity and a team-oriented mindset
Proficient in MS Excel
Basic proficiency in English
Able to work at the Manufacturing site in Nonthaburi (Sai Noi District)
