Costing & Accounting Officer
International manufacturing company in Pathum Thani.
Responsibilities
Maintain product costing and inventory records in the ERP system Monitor inventory transactions and investigate stock variances
Support month-end closing, reconciliations and costing reports
Assist with General Accounting and Fixed Asset activities
Support annual stock counts and audit preparation
Assist the Accounting Manager with accounting and reporting tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing costing and inventory control
Familiar with General Accounting and month-end closing
Knowledge of Fixed Assets and depreciation
Experience With SAP, Oracle Or Other ERP Systems
Good Excel skills
Fair English communication skills
CPD is an advantage
Location: Pathum Thani
Salary: Up to THB 45,000
Location: Thailand, Klong Sam in Pathumthani
Industry: Manufacturing SAP-B1
- Reporting: directly to the Senior Accounting Manager with 2 officers
reporting into this position

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Approximately 510 years of experience in manufacturing costing and
accounting
- Strong experience in inventory and stock control within a factory
environment
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or similar manufacturing
finance platforms
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret operational and
financial data
- Comfortable working closely with production, warehouse, and
operational teams
- Good command of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office
applications
- English communication skills sufficient for reporting and
coordination
- CPD license is considered an advantage
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented team player
