Job Description
1.Supports evidence collection and disclosure, which is vital for litigation and regulatory compliance.
2.Without this role, the team will face operational bottlenecks, impacting case timelines and legal obligations.
3.Responsible for Government Agencies letter/Writs and to ensure all the requests of such are met e.g. freezing asset.
4.Legal Attorney and Advisory is responsible for providing legal advice to the firm and ensuring the firm operates in accordance with legal parameters.
5.Specialists provide support across the scope of the firm's activities ensuring that legal issues, contracts, disputes, and complex transactions are conducted within the due diligence of the legal framework.
6.The Attorney area is responsible for providing legal advice to the firm, and for ensuring the firm operates in accordance with various legal parameters.
7.The Product / Business Unit Lawyer focus specializes in providing legal advice and strategic expertise to one of the business lines of the firm (e.g., Capital Markets, Investment Management, 8.Commercial or Corporate Banking, etc.) on product development, transactions, and cross-border and domestic issues.
9. Represent the Firm with clients, external agencies, and regulatory bodies; direct internal legal activities, and coordinate work conducted by External Legal Counsel.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to customer relations, complaints handling, or legal support.
* Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and explain complex information clearly.
* Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate challenging situations.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for evidence management and documentation.
* Solid understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing financial services and data privacy in Thailand.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
