About the Role
Our client is looking for a Country Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing plant while supporting HR and administrative functions. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, effective cost management, and efficient people administration.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and cost variances to improve operational performance.
- Manage cash flow, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decisions.
HR & Administration
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Support recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate general administrative activities to support smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with CPD or CPA highly preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with payroll, HR administration, or office management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, taxation, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must
