Job Description
- Lead the overall IT strategy and operations across Thailand.
- Act as the senior technology partner to country and business leadership.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and effective IT services across the organization.
- Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, end-user services, and technology operations.
- Drive technology transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Establish strong IT governance, standards, policies, and risk management.
- Lead and develop the local IT organization and technology capabilities..
- Manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee IT budgets, investments, and resource planning.
- Work closely with regional and global technology teams on enterprise initiatives.
- Identify opportunities where technology can improve business performance, efficiency, and scalability.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant leadership responsibility
- Experience leading IT within a large, multinational organization
- Strong background across IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and technology transformation
- Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technology environments
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively across both local and regional/global environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Previous country, regional, or enterprise IT leadership experience
- Experience leading technology transformation in a complex multinational organization
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and IT risk
- Excellent English communication skills
