Overview
We are hiring an experienced Country HRBP to operate as a senior individual contributor for a Thailand business within a multinational environment. This role combines hands on HR execution with strong strategic ownership of talent, succession, and leadership development. You will partner closely with the local GM and leadership team while remaining directly involved in day-to-day HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic People Partnering
- Partner the local GM and leadership team on talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Translate global and regional people strategy into clear, practical local plans.
- Design and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future growth.
- Lead workforce planning, capability planning, and upskilling initiatives aligned to business priorities.
HR Operations and Execution
- Own end to end HR delivery as an individual contributor, including employee relations, performance management, and people processes.
- Oversee annual people cost planning, headcount management, and related budgeting activities.
- Ensure strong compliance, governance, and documentation across all HR activities.
Talent and Capability Development
- Drive succession planning and development plans for key and feeder roles.
- Lead performance, development, and calibration processes.
- Support learning and development initiatives focused on leadership and critical skill gaps.
- Partner leaders to improve retention and engagement through targeted actions.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary HR partner for senior leaders in a matrix environment.
- Work effectively with regional HR, COEs, and global stakeholders.
- Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice that balances business needs and people risk.
Requirements
- 10 plus years of HR experience within an MNC environment.
- FMCG background strongly preferred, however other multinational sectors also considered.
- Proven experience operating as a senior individual contributor or country HR lead.
- Demonstrated ownership of both HR operations and strategic people initiatives.
Skills and Capability
- Strong experience in talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations.
- Comfortable working in matrix and regional structures.
- Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels without support teams.

- Fluent Thai and English required.
