Country HRBP

Responsibilities

1. Partner with local business leaders to provide end-to-end HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
2. Manage full HR cycle: talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & performance, and employee relations.
3. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and foster a positive work environment.
4. Implement HQ HR policies effectively, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of HR experience; recruitment/training background is a plus.
2. Fluent English, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of local labor regulations.
3. Business acumen, cross-cultural agility, and ability to work independently.
