Responsible for Growth and Profit & Loss accountability for the IND business line
Lead the IND's technical and operation area.
Managing the deliveries of IND services and activities
Managing sale & KAM within the country
Handle major negotiations; appoint subcontractors and work with them. May also be responsible for developing new business, either by introducing new products or by entering new markets.
Define the business plan in the country and follow up through execution
Responsible for proposing, developing and implementing marketing plans, researching and developing pricing policy, recommending sales channels, responsible for service promotion, work with other business partners (e. g. business development, sales, technical, QHSE and support functions) to deliver business results.
Task, Function And Responsibility
Manage and supervise day-to-day IND operation activities and services delivered to the clients
Liaise communication between our team, customers and BV counterparts worldwide within IND and BV Group.
Provide assistance to business development.
Manage and be responsible for Financial control.
Responsible for performance included QHSE & TIQ management
Takes part in the strategic planning of the company to develop the specific market at the group level, as well as developing skills of IND's personnel
To undertake any other activities and any other reasonable job (within his/her competency), as directed and required by direct line manager or higher management
Supervisory Responsibilities
MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION
Manages the operational teams of the country/region in terms of commercial development, management of BV services, including Human Resource Management (e.g. recruitment and training) and quality of service.
Follows up on the financial operating results of the activity. Relays information and is the focal point between business units for the managed activity.
Ensures the proper transmission of information within the business leadership group, including training, procedure or explanation as necessary
Makes people contribute to knowledge management and best practices sharing.
TECHNICAL, QUALITY AND RISK
Ensures that Quality of Services delivered to clients is in line with required-standards.
To manage and monitor daily IND activities, process, including but not limited to:
Qualification and approval of inspector and subcontractor, including maintenance of training records, inspector skill records, certifications, etc.
Maintain matrix of competencies
Review and validate inspection reports.
Liaise with relevant Authorities, Accreditation bodies, Trade & Industry Association etc. for BV's related business activities
To review all complaints and/or potential problems, investigate and analyze the root cause and propose the corrective and preventive action
To ensure that all department staff works in accordance with the BV mission, vision, absolutes and values.
PRODUCT AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Takes part in the strategic choices of the company to develop specific markets at the group level, as well as developing skills. He leads strategic choices and launches new products at the country /regional level.
Knows in depth the clients in its area, their needs, expectation and their level of satisfaction as well as our increasing potential business in each one of them, developing the contacts and the necessary analysis.
Develops and maintains project estimating database to ensure consistency in estimations and in developing a history of estimating data for future projects.
Contributes to reengineering of operation processes to maximize the profits.
COMMERCIAL DUTIES
Develops its line of business with the object to identify the potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and the resources available, operating all the necessary sources of information and developing the commercial law actions.
Manages and coordinates the management of Local and Global Key Accounts, if any.
Manages all market and competitor information.
Plays the role of the commercial interface with clients. Implements the BV Group and BL procedures.
Manages the operational team of the country to support commercial development
Qualifications
Bachelor/ master's in engineering or related field
At least 15 years experience in Oil and Gas, Power, Process Industry or related field and 5 years experience in managerial position
Proven ability to successfully present business, technical and financial information to senior management and clients - strong communication skills required
Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines, be responsive and thrive in a team environment.
Leadership and Teamwork - Ability to interface and effectively work with various groups and cultures involved (partners, government, agencies, contractors, operations, etc.), and gain alignment to achieve objectives.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy.
