General Manager – Thailand

Lead ARB's growing manufacturing operations in Thailand.

ARB Corporation is one of Australia's most successful global automotive businesses, recognised internationally for the quality, innovation and performance of its 4x4 and off-road products.

With a significant manufacturing footprint in Thailand spanning four sites and a workforce of several hundred employees, ARB is continuing to invest in its international operations and capabilities.

We are now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the business in Thailand.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Director of Manufacturing & Engineering, you will have full accountability for ARB's Thailand operations, leading a capable senior leadership team across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, finance, HR and safety.

You will be responsible for driving performance across multiple manufacturing sites while partnering closely with ARB's global leadership team in Australia and international stakeholders.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who can move comfortably between strategic business leadership and hands-on operational execution - from the factory floor through to senior global and customer discussions.

Key Priorities

• Lead the overall performance of ARB's multi-site Thailand manufacturing operation
• Take full P&L accountability and deliver strong financial performance
• Drive world-class standards across safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Embed Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma disciplines
• Improve productivity, efficiency, capacity and asset utilisation
• Strengthen operational systems, processes and manufacturing capability
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and build organisational capability
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with OEM customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Partner with ARB's global teams to support new product introduction and future growth
• Identify and deliver opportunities to improve manufacturing competitiveness and capability.

About You

You will be an experienced manufacturing leader with the commercial maturity and operational capability to lead a complex, multi-site international operation.

You will bring:

• A degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline
• Extensive experience leading complex manufacturing operations
• Proven P&L and commercial accountability
• Automotive, OEM supply, industrial manufacturing or closely related experience
• Formal Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence qualifications
• A strong track record of delivering operational and financial improvement
• Experience leading organisational change and performance transformation
• Strong commercial acumen combined with hands-on operational leadership
• The ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
• The confidence to operate effectively across a global organisation
• A leadership style that combines high standards, accountability and genuine investment in people.
