Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute sales strategies for LED display products within the assigned region or target country, ensuring the achievement of annual sales and profit targets.
2. Spearhead the establishment of regional and national channel networks; identify and manage local engineering firms, system integrators, government agencies, and commercial clients; and build a long-term, robust sales network.
3. Identify business opportunities, manage project tendering processes, and oversee bid management for major projects (such as commercial complexes, transportation hubs, office buildings, educational and healthcare facilities, and government initiatives), thereby enhancing bid-winning rates and project delivery quality.
4. Lead the establishment and management of regional or national sales teams—encompassing the development of efficient organizational structures, goal cascading, performance evaluation, and capability enhancement—to cultivate highly localized sales forces.
5. Develop deep insights into market trends, competitor activities, regulatory landscapes, and customer needs within the assigned region or country, providing precise inputs to inform product iteration and market strategy development.用
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.
2.Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in regional overseas or national sales management; prior experience working at renowned enterprises is highly desirable.
3. Language Proficiency: Ability to use English and/or the local language as a working language.
4. Resource Advantage: Candidates possessing established channel resources—such as engineering firms and system integrators—within their designated region or country of responsibility will be given priority.
5. Core Competencies: Demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, key account acquisition, team management, and cross-cultural communication.
