We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to lead our business development and sales growth in the solar inverter and BESS sector.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the renewable energy industry, strong knowledge of PV inverters, energy storage systems, and local market channels, with a proven track record in developing distributors, EPCs, installers, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for PV inverter and BESS products to grow market share and revenue.
- Build and manage local sales channels, including distributors, EPCs, installers, system integrators, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, C&I, and utility-scale solar and energy storage markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local policy changes to support business decisions.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, negotiation, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Work with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to support partners, campaigns, and product localization.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PV inverter, BESS, solar energy, or related power electronics industries.
- Proven experience in channel development, distributor management, and key account sales.
- Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and local market dynamics.
- Existing network with distributors, EPCs, installers, developers, or energy storage partners is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for business needs.
