Job Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka or Poipet, Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia
Job Purpose:
- Supporting the Country Manager in completing projects
- This role requires a deep understanding of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and event-based marketing.
- Work with external agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Brand Management ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications channels in line with global brand guidelines.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor website and products
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2 3 years of experience in international or country-specific marketing is preferred
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local market customer preferences and products
- Language: Thai and English
