Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers within assigned trade lanes.
  • Develop strong understanding of trade lanes and partner countries needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and partner countries.
  • Drive new business development and manage a quality sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions and secure business.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to improve service quality.
  • Promote Thailand trade services to target markets and customers.
  • Update sales activities, pipeline, and Book of Business.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, customer meetings, and trade lane engagements as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive new business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
