We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in Thailand. This position will be responsible for driving commercial growth, developing market strategies, managing product registrations, and strengthening relationships with distributors, growers, and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with solid technical and regulatory knowledge within the agrochemical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Thailand market.
- Lead sales and business development activities to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Manage product portfolio introduction, commercialization, and lifecycle strategies.
- Oversee product registration and regulatory compliance processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, growers, and industry partners.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.
- Lead and develop local teams while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives involving sales, technical, marketing, and regulatory functions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the agrochemical industry
- Fluency in Chinese (HSK5), and English is a MUST
- Proven track record in sales, market development, and business expansion
- Strong experience in product registration, regulatory affairs, and new product launches
- Experience introducing new products to market and driving adoption through distribution channels
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop go-to-market and territory strategies
- Existing network within agrochemical distributors, growers, or agricultural stakeholders is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
