Country Sales Manager - Thailand

Location: Thailand (Should know Thai and English)

Role Type: Individual Contributor (No Team Handling)

About The Role (In Simple Terms)

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can independently drive business growth in Thailand.

This person should have strong experience selling financial services or lending-related solutions, especially to NBFCs, banks, and fintech companies.

The Candidate Must Clearly Understand

  • Supply Chain Finance (SCF)
  • Working Capital solutions
  • Trade Finance products
  • Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
  • Loan Management Systems (LMS)

This is a pure sales role focused on closing deals, not a team management position.

What This Person Will Be Responsible For

  • Directly selling financial and lending solutions in Thailand
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities in SCF, working capital, and trade finance
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Building strong relationships with NBFCs, banks, corporates, and fintech clients
  • Working closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth implementation
  • Tracking sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and reporting performance
  • Staying updated on Thailand's financial market trends and competitors

Experience Required

What Kind of Candidate We Need

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services sales
  • Must have worked with NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies
  • Strong understanding of lending products
  • Hands-on exposure to LOS and LMS platforms
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • MBA preferred (not mandatory)

Skills Required

  • Strong business development and client acquisition skills
  • Deep understanding of Thailand's financial services ecosystem
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
