Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Country Sales Manager. The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the region, establishing and nurturing key client relationships, and achieving revenue and market growth targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives. The role also requires preparing performance reports and staying informed about industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Outdoor LED Lighting Experience is a Must
- Proven expertise in sales strategies, business development, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities
- Adaptability to remote work with a track record of self-motivation and effective task prioritization
- Proficiency in relevant business tools and software for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working within the LED lighting or relevant industry is considered an advantage
