Country Sales Manager - Thailand
Location: Bangkok
About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Country Sales Manager to drive business growth in Thailand as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience selling financial services products, preferably in NBFCs or technology-driven financial companies, with exposure to Supply Chain Finance (SCF), working capital, and trade finance products. Strong domain knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of financial services products in Thailand, targeting NBFCs, banks, corporates, and fintech partners.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in SCF, working capital, and trade finance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, provide forecasts, and report on revenue performance to the Regional Sales Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience in financial services, preferably within NBFCs or technology-driven financial companies.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of SCF, working capital solutions, and trade finance products.
  • Experience with financial domain systems such as LOS and LMS.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
