Job Description

The job holder ensures to meet / perform

This role will lead, direct and manage the commercial activities and outcome of Virtue Diagnostics business in the Thailand so that it achieves its short and long-term commercial objectives (for example increased sales revenue, profitability and market share) as set by the overall corporate business budget.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Determine annual sales revenue and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  3. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  4. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  5. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  6. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  7. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key market segments
  8. Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
  9. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  10. Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.

Education& Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent discipline.

Experience

  1. At least 5 years experience in commercial management role such as marketing, sales and market development in the in vitro diagnostics industry.
  2. In depth knowledge of the immunoassays, molecular diagnostics, biochemistry and hematology market segments.
  3. Working network of key opinion leaders and related stakeholders such as professional associations and societies for above market segments
  4. Working experience with relevant governmental authorities such as Department of Health, Food and Drug Administration etc.
  5. Excellent working experience with potential local partners such as distributors, sub distributors and logistic providers.
  6. Has previously launched and grew new in vitro diagnostics product line(s) successfully in highly competitive market segments.
  7. Familiar with customer relationship management software and tools.

Language skills

Good command of written and spoken English.
