The job holder ensures to meet / perform
This role will lead, direct and manage the commercial activities and outcome of Virtue Diagnostics business in the Thailand so that it achieves its short and long-term commercial objectives (for example increased sales revenue, profitability and market share) as set by the overall corporate business budget.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Determine annual sales revenue and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key market segments
- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.
Education& Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in commercial management role such as marketing, sales and market development in the in vitro diagnostics industry.
- In depth knowledge of the immunoassays, molecular diagnostics, biochemistry and hematology market segments.
- Working network of key opinion leaders and related stakeholders such as professional associations and societies for above market segments
- Working experience with relevant governmental authorities such as Department of Health, Food and Drug Administration etc.
- Excellent working experience with potential local partners such as distributors, sub distributors and logistic providers.
- Has previously launched and grew new in vitro diagnostics product line(s) successfully in highly competitive market segments.
- Familiar with customer relationship management software and tools.
Language skills
Good command of written and spoken English.
