Job Description

We are looking for a creative and business-minded Creative Content Strategist to turn insights, conversations, and real business experiences into engaging and valuable content. This role focuses on discovering interesting angles, interviewing founders, customers, and experts, and transforming complex topics into easy-to-understand stories and content ideas that support brand growth and audience engagement.

CloudCommerce is an all-in-one e-commerce solution designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Asia that want to expand their business across borders. Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an Influencer marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing the ecosystem they need in one convenient place.

What You Will Handle

  • Develop creative content ideas, themes, and storytelling angles aligned with business goals and audience interests
  • Interview founders, customers, partners, and industry experts to extract valuable insights, experiences, and business stories
  • Identify customer pain points, market trends, and unique perspectives that can be transformed into impactful content
  • Create content narratives, frameworks, and story flows for various formats including video, social media, articles, podcasts, webinars, and educational content
  • Simplify complex business, logistics, technology, or e-commerce topics into engaging and understandable content
  • Collaborate with creative, graphic, and video production teams by preparing clear content briefs and direction
  • Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to continuously improve content quality and relevance
  • Work closely with marketing, business growth, and leadership teams to align content strategy with company objectives
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all channels
  • Support thought leadership and brand positioning initiatives through strategic storytelling

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Editorial, Storytelling, Media, Creative Strategy, Podcast, Interview-based Content, or related fields
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions
  • Excellent storytelling ability with strong understanding of audience engagement
  • Experience working with content production teams, creators, or media teams
  • Understanding of social media content trends and digital platforms
  • Experience in startup, SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, business media, or educational content is a plus
  • Highly curious, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to communicate effectively both in Thai and English
