About The Role
We're looking for a Creative Coordinator (Merchandising Executive) who can bridge creativity and commerce — crafting engaging visual concepts that drive brand visibility and campaign performance. You'll work closely with our Graphic Design, KAM, and Brand teams to ensure every campaign delivers impact, consistency, and style.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver visual concepts or campaign themes that create an eye-catching tone and mood to promote brand stores.
- Manage and monitor campaign timelines based on each campaign's live date to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Analyze campaign merchandising performance to enhance clients store performance and identify creative improvement opportunities.
- Develop merchandising strategies for key campaigns to boost sales and engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between GD, KAM, and Brand teams to align on creative production timelines and standards.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative and visual assets, following brand identity and tone guidelines.
- Provide creative consultation to clients, offering insights on content direction and merchandising strategy.
- Monitor and ensure campaign KPIs are met for each account or brand store.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (creative coordination, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, merchandising, graphic designer or campaign management).
- Background in Campaign Marketing / Promotion / Online Marketing within the e-commerce industry.
- Experience or understanding of design fields is a plus (e.g., layout, composition, color direction).
- Basic tools for campaign management (e.g. Google Suite, Asana).
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.
