About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Visual & Brand Designer who can think conceptually, execute confidently, and elevate our visual storytellingespecially across social media. This role blends strong design craft with creative thinking and campaign ideation, with a strong focus on hands-on design execution.
What You'll Do (Job Scope)
- Design and execute visual assets across brand, marketing, and digital platforms
- Own the visual direction for social media campaigns, from concept to execution
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate campaign and content ideas
- Translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals for social posts, stories, reels, and ads
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with messaging and objectives
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple design projects and timelines efficiently
- Stay ahead of design, social, and cultural trends to keep content fresh and relevant
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in English
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual branding
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, campaigns, and social media design
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (motion or basic animation skills are a bonus)
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Experience contributing ideas during creative brainstorming and campaign development
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution
- Confident communicator who can articulate design ideas clearly
