Key responsibilities
- Creative and design leadership: define the overarching creative direction for dwp projects, ensuring clarity of vision from concept through to delivery.
- Innovation and design storytelling: personally lead concept design for major competitions and strategic pitches, creating compelling narratives that win work.
- Design governance: provide senior oversight to protect design intent and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Studio mentorship: inspire and develop our design directors and emerging talent, fostering a culture of rigour, curiosity, and accountability.
- Technology and innovation: integrate AI and emerging technologies to enhance research and visualization while maintaining human creative authorship.
- Sustainability: embed responsible design principles and sustainable benchmarks into every project to create long-term value.
Candidate profile
- Experience: 15+ years in architecture or interior design, with significant senior leadership exposure.
- Portfolio: a strong body of work featuring high-profile hospitality, ultra-luxury residential, and mixed-use destination projects.
- Attributes: you are a confident and compelling communicator with an innate sense of style; a strategic thinker who remains a hands-on designer.
- Credentials: a degree in architecture or design; international exposure across Asia, and the Middle East, or Europe is highly valued.
