ABOUT THE ROLE
Were seeking a Creative Director with a strong creative vision, natural curiosity, and a geeks love for staying ahead of trends. Youll interpret client briefs, shape concepts, and inspire teams while keeping an eye on how technology can elevate storytelling. Most importantly, youll foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and future-forward creativity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Decode the Brief: Understand client needs and translate them into clear, story-driven ideas.
- Craft the Treatment: Create polished decks, mood boards, or demos that show the vision.
- Spot Creative Opportunities: Stay up to date with trends in design, media, and creative techAI, 3D, XR, virtual productionand find smart ways to apply them.
- Project Oversight: Manage scope, budgets, and schedules while troubleshooting challenges.
- Inspire the Team: Build a culture of curiosity and innovation by sharing new tools and ideas.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in a senior creative role (Creative Director, Art Director, or similar) in advertising, film, or digital media
- Proven art direction expertise: composition, color, cinematography, and storyboarding
- Strong presentation and storytelling skillsable to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- A geek/nerd curiosity about new creative technologies, eager to explore and apply them
- Showreel or case studies that highlight creative vision and innovation
