We're hiring: Creative Display Designer

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret design briefs and translate them into strong concepts, themes, and visual storytelling

• Develop display designs for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail activations, and store visuals

• Present design mockups to internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand identity, functional requirements, and

retail goals

• Recommend appropriate materials and installation methods based on budget, timeline, and execution quality

• Coordinate with vendors and production houses for fabrication and timely execution of visual displays

• Collaborate across departments to ensure design consistency and execution feasibility

• Work on multiple creative projects in parallel with a solutions-driven mindset

• Continuously research global VM & display trends and propose new ideas for innovation

• Participate in on-site setup and inspections as needed for major campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or Architecture

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative display design for retail, department stores, or visual

merchandising projects

• Strong 3D design and rendering skills using SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape, V-Ray or equivalent

• Strong 2D design capabilities with Photoshop, Illustrator preferred

• Deep understanding of VM installation and fabrication workflows

• Familiarity with fashion retail visual merchandising is an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent design projects

• Willing to travel occasionally for site surveys or installation reviews

• Portfolio submission required for interview consideration
