JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for leading creative execution and supporting creative direction across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives. This role ensures high-quality, on-brand creative output while collaborating closely with marketing, content, and growth teams to deliver impactful work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Execution & Quality
- Lead the creation of visual and content assets across digital, social, in-app, and offline channels
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
- Maintain high standards for design, storytelling, and craftsmanship
Campaigns & Content
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Support content creation across static, video, motion, and short-form formats
- Adapt concepts across platforms while maintaining consistency
Creative Direction Support
- Translate briefs into strong creative concepts and executions
- Support creative direction by proposing ideas, layouts, and visual approaches
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior creatives when needed
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with marketing, content, and KOL teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage timelines and deliverables to meet campaign deadlines
- Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, or production partners as required
Creative Improvement & Trends
- Stay updated on design, content, and social trends
- Proactively suggest improvements to creative processes and outputs
- Help evolve the brand visually while respecting existing guidelines
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in creative, design, or content-related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, brand consistency, and execution skills
- Experience with digital-first and social media content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in tech, fintech, or fast-paced environments is a plus
