Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in design, fashion, retail, or a related creative field.
Strong creative eyes and a solid understanding of brand storytelling, visual communication, and campaign development.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working across various media formats, including digital, video, print, and in-store materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and quality control of final artwork
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments to ensure a smooth and effective workflow.
Ability to delegate clearly, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving toward deadlines.
