Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen the brand's position in the fashion retail market.
  • Ensure all creative solutions are original, visually compelling, and relevant to the target audience.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all communication channels, including digital, social media, video, print, and in-store visuals.
  • Provide strategic creative direction to ensure all outputs align with marketing goals and overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the graphic design team, while being able to oversee motion graphics, video, retouching, and content direction when needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging strong ideas and high creative standards.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across all projects.
  • Guide the team in producing a wide range of creative assets, including campaign visuals, motion graphics, video content, product photography, retouching, and artwork.
  • Support the development of creative content for social media, advertising, in-store displays, digital platforms, and print materials.
  • Review, proofread, and approve final creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and overall creative excellence before release.
  • Delegate tasks effectively across the team and manage workflows to ensure all projects move forward smoothly.
  • Connect the dots across teams, ensuring briefs, timelines, and deliverables are aligned for efficient execution.
  • Stay up to date with fashion, design, and digital content trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand.
  • Benchmark against competitors and global fashion brands to continuously elevate brand storytelling and creative standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in design, fashion, retail, or a related creative field.
  • Strong creative eyes and a solid understanding of brand storytelling, visual communication, and campaign development.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across various media formats, including digital, video, print, and in-store materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and quality control of final artwork
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments to ensure a smooth and effective workflow.
  • Ability to delegate clearly, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving toward deadlines.
