We are seeking a Creative Marketing Designer / Creative Lead with 12+ years of experience to join our Branding Strategy & Marketing team at Asset World Corp. This role is ideal for a highly experienced creative professional who can translate strategic marketing direction into compelling visual storytelling across digital and physical platforms.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a creative team, driving creative direction, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
You will play a key role in elevating brand identity across our portfolio and supporting high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, brand visibility, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1) High-Impact Creative Development
- Develop key visuals and creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns
- Create marketing assets that enhance engagement and drive traffic across channels
- Ensure strong and consistent brand identity across all properties and campaigns
- Support launch, renovation, and rebranding campaigns
- Oversee creative quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
2) Brand Identity & Storytelling
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across platforms
- Maintain and evolve consistent brand identity across the portfolio
- Elevate brand perception through high-quality creative execution
- Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, media, and external agencies
3) Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage a creative team with 12+ years of professional experience in design/creative roles
- Define creative direction and mentor junior and mid-level designers
- Manage workflows and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Raise creative standards across all outputs
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, or commercial impact (preferred)
- Experience in marketing partnerships or co-branding initiatives (preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and integrated marketing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
