Job Summary
The Creative Production Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing all creative production activities across live stream content and digital marketing campaigns. This role manages the end-to-end production process including creative direction, live stream execution, content creation, team coordination, and performance optimization to ensure high-impact, engaging, and brand-consistent output.
You will work closely with marketing, content, influencers/KOLs, and sales teams to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and maximize online conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Stream Production & Management
- Lead end-to-end live stream planning: storyline, scripts, run-down, product highlights, and engagement tactics.
- Coordinate with KOLs/hosts, production crew, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee technical setup (lighting, audio, camera, streaming software) to ensure broadcast quality.
- Monitor live performance and drive real-time adjustments to increase views, interaction, and sales conversion.
- Review post-live analytics and improve future livestream strategies.
2. Creative Direction & Content Development
- Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, live streams, and social content (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Create or supervise production of scripts, key visuals, short-form videos, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and messaging.
- Review and approve creative materials before publishing.
3. Production Management
- Plan production timelines, organize shoots, coordinate teams, and manage budgets.
- Manage outsourcing vendors, studios, editors, photographers, and creative partners.
- Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality content.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick solutions.
4. Digital Marketing Execution
- Work with marketing team to integrate livestreams into digital marketing plans.
- Collaborate on paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube).
- Optimize content performance using analytics, insights, and A/B testing.
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, watch time, follower growth, and sales conversion.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead a small creative/production team (producers, editors, designers).
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance team capability.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Production, Digital Media, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in creative production, live streaming, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with livestream platforms (Facebook Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and online consumer behavior.
- Skilled in video production, editing tools, and creative asset management.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight production timelines.
