We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Creative Production Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of our brand across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in creative development & production, with expertise in graphic design, video shooting and editing, and the development of brand and creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Asset Development: Design & produce high quality on-brand high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia content assets for digital and print channels using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Static Creative Production: Capture high-quality photography portraits, develop creative concepts, events, and apply retouching in Lightroom or Photoshop.
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content both long and short forms for campaigns, events, and social media using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to storyboard content, draft shot lists, and align visuals to campaign objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end creative production processes, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Content Innovation: Stay ahead of design and video trends to deliver fresh, impactful creative solutions.
- Maintain a searchable media library with metadata, usage rights, and version control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and communications teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintenance of Performance Quality: Optimize multimedia assets for web and mobile, ensuring fast load times without compromising quality. Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. Minimum 10 years in creative production, preferably in consumer facing premium brand sectors. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong photography skills, solid video editing fundamentals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and video production tools.
- Media platform: Understanding of social media platforms technical specifications and best practices for content formats.
- Creative Vision: Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work with proven impact on brand engagement.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present creative concepts effectively.
- Language: Fluent in Thai, English language skills are a plus.
